We suggest two actions to check if your server is down.

• Visit the website Down for Everyone or Just Me. Put your domain name minus the prefix (i.e. domainname.com) in the box and hit enter on your keyboard. The site will then tell you if your website is actually down or if it is just you. If it is just you, then the problem is with your computer or network. We suggest that you contact your ISP if the website is not down.

• Check the server status in your Customer Account Area.

From there you can click on 'Server Status'

You will then be directed to your server status page where you can verify the status of your http, ftp, and pop3 servers along with the server's uptime.
